We own all of the land we sell and have helped hundreds of buyers acquire their perfect investment property, retirement ranch, or just a piece of land!

Who are We?

We’re just a small family owned business of two members:

Zach Hubner, based in Wisconsin, founded Western Investment Land and has spent 10+ years buying and selling land in the west, specifically Utah and New Mexico. He knows the areas well and is in charge of the ins and outs of the company.

Philip Schorsch, based in Chicago, is in charge of account management and marketing. Philip has been working with Zach for over five years now and has helped him grow Western Lnvestment Land into what it is today.

Why are we good at what we do?

Both of us have traveled out west many times and love this part of the country. Our travels motivate us to explore the properties we purchase and sell and give us an intimate knowledge of the land. We can answer any of your questions and help you acquire the land you are looking for.
